Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund or an exchange. The returns and exchanges must be registered via our return portal. Here you can also buy your return label. The return address will be provided after purchasing the return label. Returns not registered through our return portal can unfortunately not be processed.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the following rules apply:

  • Products must be unworn and accompanied by the original tags.
  • Products must be returned in their original and undamaged shoebox.
  • Returns must include the original packing slip that was provided with the delivery.

If the returned products do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Processing time

Refund: Return shipments are processed within 10 days of receipt and refunded via the original payment method. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please note that the visibility of the refund on your account may depend on your bank.

Exchange by coupon:

  • Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: the coupon is issued as soon as the package has been handed in at a drop-off point.
  • Customers outside these countries: the coupon is issued once the package has been received and inspected by us. This may take up to 10 working days after receipt.

Please note that 10 business days are an estimate. We do our best to process everything as quickly as possible.

Return Costs

Your return is completely free of charge when you choose exchange by coupon. If you choose a refund, however, the return costs are at your own expense. Below you can find the return costs per country.

For Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States we are unable to provide a return label. If you wish to return a parcel from one of these countries, you will need to arrange the return yourself through a local postal service provider.

If you have received an incorrect item or a defective product, we will of course cover the return label.
